Our Story

Bluffer came from wanting something I couldn't quite find anywhere else: vintage that felt current, sporty and effortlessly cool.

In my early twenties, I fell in love with vintage. In particular, the sportswear and streetwear I was seeing while living in East London. At the same time, I was getting increasingly bored of buying the latest 'it' piece, seeing everyone else in it and replacing it the next season.

So that's where Bluffer really began. I started sourcing the pieces I wanted to wear myself - Sporty, slightly oversized and made for comfort. From 90's track jackets to the perfect throw on sweatshirts.

Bluffer is an independent Irish business. Every order supports a small business, every piece gets another life and most importantly you're unlikely to bump into someone else wearing it.

Sustainability

Fashion is one of the worlds biggest polluters - with over 92 million tonnes of clothing ending up in landfill every year.

By giving quality pieces a new life, Bluffer slows overproduction, reduces waste and celebrates clothing built to last.

We recognise that shopping sustainably doesn't have to mean replacing your whole wardrobe with vintage - it's about balance. There's nothing wrong with investing in a fresh pair of Calvins or a new Skims set, but making small, conscious choices - like shopping vintage when you can is what truly makes a difference.

Hours are spent digging through warehouses to find the rareist vintage pieces of the highest quality.

Only a very small percentage of what is seen actually makes it to the website.
